I will not at any time hold track or any of its owners liable for any bodily Injury, death, and/or property damage that occur as a result of my activities at NORTH FORTY CYCLE PARK Moreover, I will take responsibility for any actions, which I may do, which may lead to someone else's bodily injury, death, and/or property damage. I will not turn to the track or any owners thereof for assistance in fulfilling my responsibility for my action at NORTH FORTY CYCLE PARK.
